Windows 10: Windows 11 explorer getting the focus after every click

I have just installed windows 11 on my machine and I was using it soundly for progamming, however, after trying to play some games on it, I noticed that most of the times I left click on a fullscreen or max sized game window, the focus would switch rapidly to some other task and then back to whatever game I was playing.Upon installing a focus logger, I noticed that every time I click, o any window, not just games, the focus would switch to explorer and then back to whatever program I clicked on. I can't confidently say this was happening from the day I installed Windows 11, as I only noticed I

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
