Windows 10: Windows 11 Explorer URL bar drop down/expanding problem

Hi!I have a problem with Windows 11 Explorer URL bar, it keeps acting weird like dropping down or expanding like the image below:I have to click on the URL bar again and then on the window itself to make that "expanded/drop down" bar to go away.Is there a fix to this annoyance?Thanks.

new Windows 11 file explorer can't drag and drop in adress bar

Hi,

I'm really upset of the new adress bar because I can't drag and drop anymore files to parent folder like in old file explorer adress bar

Can you fix the problem in a close future update or tell me how to change this back to old version (exist in windows 11 file explorer)

The new adress bar is above the tools bar (New - Cut - Copy - etc), the old one is bellow

 

Cant find Toolbar in Internet explorer 11

• Right click on top in empty space near the tabs
  and select Menu Bar and Command Bar and check if the issue is resolved.
