Windows 10: Windows 11 Explorer

HiI have many files called Albumart that I can see on any Android device as being in the Music Library. I want to delete these from my Laptop library but they do not show up when I search for them.I've tried Google but the steps people are saying to follow do not exist when I right click. There is no "View" tab. Also, under my music library I have many sub-folders, so am I to click on these or will the main folder change all of the sub-folders below?

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
