Windows 10: Windows 11 factory reset went wrong

Yesterday i started a factory reset to my MSI laptop with Windows 11 on it but it was stuck at 99% for 1 day almost. So i decided to click the power on button for 10 seconds but now the laptop doesn't even boot. When i try to boot it i hear a sound from the fans or something but the screen is black. Minor detail, the caps lock button is lit up with some other buttons under the laptop. What should i do ?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Factory Reset for Surface Pro 3

My first post, so be gentle!
Just got an oldish Surface Pro 3 and I would like to do a 'factory reset'

I'm trying to add an attachment




If I have uploaded the disk management image correctly, there seem to be more partitions than I was expecting!
Would anyone like to suggest what the previous owner(s) have done?
Also where (which partition) , and how would I go about a factory reset.

Please let me know if this post is in the wrong area and if I've broken any rules or conventions.
