    Windows 11 Failed To Update Windows Insider Preview


    Hello, so yesterday I'm joining Windows Insider Program and pick Beta channel, and I'm immediately check for update and there is an update for Windows 11 Insider Preview, and I downloaded it, but it say "We ran into problem", and I click " Fix issue", but it didn't work, Im trying to restart my laptop and it didn't work too. Please help me

    Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22504.1010 - UPDATE FAILED

    This may have same issue which is listed build 22504 release announcement as "know issue".

    • Some devices may bugcheck with error code 0xc1900101-0x4001c when installing this build. If you hit this, after the device rolls back to the previous build, you may want to pause updates until we release a fix.

    • Are you referring to Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14267?
    • Which Intel drivers are you referring to?
    • Are you referring to Intel drivers deployed through Windows Updates?
    • Did you get any error message when they fail?

    From your description, I suspect that the problem might be due to unsuccessful installation of preview build caused this issue. Suggest you to check installing the build again to see if the same thing happens again. If you don't see the
    Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14267
    update, then please check it after sometime. Refer this link

    Windows Updates failed to instal

    I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
