Windows 10: Windows 11 Family Serious Problem: Son's Account Locked To Wrong Organizer

I had a serious problem in the Windows Family app. I tried to add my son to my account aged under 13, and I added him by using a context going along the lines of "switch to your childs account to allow accept the invite?" I clicked that, and signed him in, however; this caused a glitch and I couldn't see him on my apps end on both Windows and Android, so I removed his invite and restarted the invite process... Which led to further problems.When I invited his account again, it's saying he's already part of a group, and it clearly shows my name as the organizer, but I can't control his setting

My Son is in a wrong Family Groupe

My son is in a wrong Family Groupe.

We don´t know the Family Administrator of this wrong Groupe and he does not answer an my request do "release" my son out of his family.

How can I get him out of this family groupe? I have read all faqs an chatted already with the 365 Office support. They postponed me to this community.

Hi,

Try the steps below.

• Sign into http://familysafety.microsoft.com with that Microsoft account.
  
• Click the Manage my family link at the bottom of the summary page.
• Select the affected user under Family Members and click
  Remove family member at the top left of the screen.
• At this point you should be able to add that family member to the correct (new) family.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to create a new email address for your son and add to the family account and check.

Unable to remove account from microsoft family as family organizer.

I have two accounts in a Microsoft family, one as the organizer and the other with no permissions. I'm signed in to the organizer account to remove the other and it says that I can't because "Only the adult that granted consent for ______ can remove this family member. Ask the family organizer who granted ______ consent to remove ______ from the family group." The account I'm signed in as is the only other account to have been in that family and is the one that granted access for them to join. I've tried leaving as the organizer because that's supposed to delete the family group, but that just throws a vague "something went wrong" error.
