Windows 10: Windows 11 File explorer bug? Grey Bar with File, Option, Tools, etc.

Hi, I been noticing this in the last month. Not sure if its a bug, because I'm not pressing anything to enable it and looks out of place due to the color. And once I close file explorer and open it..it's gone. It appeared 3 times in the last month, but never previously. or maybe my keyboard is malfunctioning, because I'm not sure how you would even enable that grey bar.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Some files listed in Windows Explorer are blue font

I seem to have run out of room on a Windows XP Pro system. I tried to defrag but don't have but 7% room available. I looked in Windows Explorer to try to find some huge files that might be corrupt and I see a few that are listed in blue. What does that mean? I have not compressed anything on purpose. Thanks

 

File Explorer title bar accent colour reverts to grey at bootup

Tried that. Still have a grey title bar in File Explorer. Accent colour only applies to Task Bar, Start Menu, Browser, Notepad and Paint NOT File Explorer/Tabs. Maybe someone needs to look at the programming for the new tabbed explorer bar? I can't be the only one quiring this. Is your file Explorer the accent colour or is it grey?
