Windows 10: Windows 11 File Explorer Hang Up and Restart itself whenever I try to "Show More Options"...

As Title Says, Windows File Explorer kept on Hanging Up Stopped working while showing Busy Icon and then Restarting itself whenever I try to use the "Show More Options" on any folder or files after the recent updates on 12 of October.As of now, I'm not sure which updates might cause this issues, but I could provide some info on which updates got installed after the 12 of October; KB5031323, KB5031354, A lot of Security Intelligence Update, Windows Intelligence Update 3 and KB890830. Any pointer or help will be appreciated

Windows Explorer crashing due to large files

So I downloaded project reality a mob for BF2 I used uTorrent to download the file and it check to make sure it wasnt corrupt.

Everytime I try to do anything with the file windows explorer hangs and I have to restart it.

This is the same for the old version of project reality. I cannot delete it.

I have never had this happen.

The files in question are 1.8 GB
