Windows 10: Windows 11 file explorer is very slow, hangs, freezes

Windows 11 file explorer is extremely slow to open files, lags and says "Working on it"I often have to resort to Task Manager to End Task as the file explorer window won't even close.It is time consuming and extremely frustrating that such a basic function of windows doesn't work.I've tried many fixes suggested online in various forums, but nothing seems to fix it.I've been told by my Dell support team that it's not fixable.It's been suggested multiple times that the best fix is to go back to Windows 10, but because I've been on Windows 11 for some time, the only way to go back to 10 is a fres

I have a very strong PC with Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe, Intel i7-9700K, 32GB Memory and ASUS ROG Strix Z390-H Gaming.
When my PC was on Windows 10 there was no problem with File Explorer but after upgrading to Windows 11 I am facing a problem with file explorer slow, lagging, hangs even when just renaming a file.
Only full PC restart is solving the problem for a short time.

How to solve this problem on windows 11 please?

Slow operation, crashes and freezing since windows 10

In answer to your questions please see below.

  What does it freezing? Is Internet Explorer freezing or computer is freezing?Rakesh: it's mainly the computer freezing. I don't use Internet Explorer
  
• 
  As you said that slow operation, what is running slow? Are you not able to open any files/applications? Rakesh: The main thing which is slow more often than not is windows explorer.
  Also sometimes when I hit the start key or search through 'ask me anything' the computer freeezes.
  
• 
  Does your PC hangs? Rakesh: The PC does hang, sometimes for 10-15mins before recovering or requiring a manual restart.

Nothing wrong with my Hardware, I removed Windows 11 and Install my old good Windows 10 and now everything is working with no lags, hangs with file explorer.
