Windows 10: Windows 11 File Explorer Issues KB5019509 - Slow 'Home' file list and duplicate favorites list

Hi thereI have a couple of issues with the File Explorer after the latest update.The main one is the speed in which File Explorer lists the links in Home when first opened. It can take over 30 seconds for the links to appear. I have managed to find why this is happening, but it hadn't been until the latest update to the tabbed File Explorer.It seems to be down to me having some pinned folders that are linked to folders on a remote system thats only accessible via VPN.I found removing the File Explorer Jump List file fixes the issue, and possibly removing from the quick access. you get the idea. ( too lazy to put it in a for loop and test it.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.

Some files listed in Windows Explorer are blue font

I seem to have run out of room on a Windows XP Pro system. I tried to defrag but don't have but 7% room available. I looked in Windows Explorer to try to find some huge files that might be corrupt and I see a few that are listed in blue. What does that mean? I have not compressed anything on purpose. Thanks
