Windows 10: windows 11 file explorer jumps to top of other programs for no reason

in short words I'm working on something like a text file or using my video Editor sometimes watching YouTube if there is a file Explorer window in the background it just jumps to be in front of anything else active in front for no reason at alland i have no idea what the heck is going at all or why or what make it do that how long i have this problem? maybe 6 months at least since installed windows 11

Jump list File Explorer items not opening program

Hi, thanks for the welcome note. I have for many months been suffering from the Jump list items on File Explorer not opening the program or item- after clicking the jump list item nothing happens. However if I right click on the jump list item then the mini menu does say Open at the very top which then does open the item. But that's not how it used to be. All other jump list programs work like a dream as they're meant to. I've been trolling the web for months trying to find a solution so I hope you guys can help. Many thanks. John

thanks Denis, here is a clip of my file manager jump lists and when I right click on an item the resulting mini menu
as you can see I can then normal click the top and Open the item of course.
