Windows 10: Windows 11 Flicking Screen after updates

Hi so I got a new Lenovo Slim 7 14IAP7 - Type 82SX with Windows 11 and it has been working well until I did the Windows updates including updating the display adapter drivers. Now my screen is flickering or black out periodically. I tried to go to Device Manager, select Display Adapter, it doesn't have a rollback option and update option tells me it's up to date. I have tried to go Windows Update and uninstalled all the updates they offered but not the individual display adapter driver. I went to troubleshoot and uninstall latest quality update. One possible reason why pen flicks won't work after the update is due to corrupted system files. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Are you getting any error messages?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow these steps below on how to properly set flick settings:

• Press Windows key + x, and select Control Panel.
• Open Pen and Touch applet.
• Touch the Flicks tab.
• Ensure that the Use flicks to perform common actions quickly and easily is checked.
• Set the Sensitivity slider to the left (Relaxed).
• Touch Apply and OK.

Hello everyone,

I have windows 11, the screen keep flicking, like it tries to open a windows file, I disable display adapter and I got the same result. The the cpu utilization is 100%, I don't believe it is a display issue,

please help me in this.

Follow the steps below to disable flicks.

• Open control panel by searching on the start menu.
  
• Change View type to Small icons.
  
• Click on Pen and Touch.
  
• Under Flicks tab uncheck
  Use flicks to perform common action quickly and easily.
  

If you are still not able to find the options, try to update the pen drivers from the manufacturer website.

If you have a Surface pen, you can try to
surface pen troubleshooting.
