Windows 10: Windows 11 font size change cannot be retained

Hi,on my surface pro 8 with Windows 11 pro 64bit, due to the high resolution, the default font is too small for me. However, I am reluctant to change scaling since it will make everything else big. So I went to Settings -> Accessibility -> Text size and adjusted the font size, to say 150%. It worked until I restarted the PC sometimes until I restarted the PC a couple of times. The font becomes very small again although the setting at Accessibility -> Text size is still at 150%. It seems that Accessibility -> Text size does not work well. Internet Explorer 11 Menu font size

Hi Larry,

Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

• Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type and click Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
  Make text other items larger or smaller.
• Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
  in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.
