Windows 10: Windows 11 FPS drops when moving mouse / screen in some games.

Recently I bought an Asus Zephyrus Duo 16,great laptop, could run pretty much anything with good fps, Apex, which is the main game I played would run at 180~ fps constant almost all the time with occasional dips in certain areas,but nonetheless the game ran perfect. However, recently after moving my setup and also changing monitors from 2560x1440 @ 240Hz to 1920x1080 @ 165Hz I noticed that, specifically in Apex i've been getting awful fps drops, only when moving my mouse,which results in sluggish gameplay and almost like my sensitivity changes, making the game unplayable. Fps drops in-game after few hours

Hey, I'm otiwala. I'm using a Lenovo L340 gaming laptop 1TB storage. I play valorant everyday and recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and now I'm facing a problem that my fps everytime drops from 120fps to 40-50fps. I have tried multiple things like changing driver settings, in-game settings, changing power plan, etc.

I bought this laptop just like a year ago and when I started playing the game after few months using the laptop I was facing the same fps drop issue but resolved it by plugging in the charger to get higher fps while in match and use to plug the charger out during loading screen or match lobby.

I'm repeated evey step currently after upgrading to windows 11 but nothing is working . Please if someone can help me through this and give me an exact solution I would be grateful!

games drops fps and distorts audio ( windows 11 )

hi recently ive went through a problem inwhich games drop fps to around 1 and audio distorts , this is just the diplay fps since the game says the fps is normal ( through nvidia performance window ) the bug affects other apps too and goes away when i turn off the game ,the issue isnt a driver issue since ive clean installed the drivers using ddu , ive tried restarting my pc ( with keep files ) and it still happens , not all games cuz the bug but most of them

here is a list of the games the cause the bug :
trove
halo infinte
fortnite
pc building simulator
and geometry dash ( but rarely , it usually happens in geometry dash when i use another app for a long time while the game is running in the background )

the only game i play that doesnt cause the bug is minecraft bedrock ( havent tried java )
