Windows 10: Windows 11 freeze and crashes volmgr 162 error

Hello everyone,Yesterday, my PC crashed twice. First, it completely froze, and after waiting for 2-3 minutes, I had to manually restart it. Coincidence or not, both times the freeze happened while I was using OperaGX the second time, it happened right after restarting the PC and opening OperaGX.In the event log, the error that appeared was volmgr 162. A few months ago, I had issues with crashes and volmgr 161 errors, and at that time, only formatting the PC solved the problem.Below are the minidump files from both freezes—if anyone could take a look and help identify the possible cause, I’d

Daily Crashes Event 162 Volmgr

I have been having daily and sometimes multiple times per day crashes. In event viewer, it is listed as event 162 Volmgr. The error is listed as Dump file generation succeeded.

Here is my latest dump file hopefully someone can provide insight.

Furthermore, SFC scan now shows no issues

after i disabled page files i have volmgr errors and i guess a short freeze or 2 to desktop. should i enable it again or the error will go away ?

 

Windows 11 Volmgr 162

Hello, Im having Volmgr 162 error and screen freezing then restarting. It happening while gaming mostly. I did everything to fix it but i couldnt fix it Please help with it.. New built pc
