Windows 10: Windows 11 Freeze forced into hard resetpower button

I've been experiencing this issue for the past 4-5 months maybe even longer, but it has become much more frequent recently, especially when playing Path of Exile 2. During gameplay, and sometimes even while watching videos, my PC completely freezes. The last sound that played loops continuously, and I have to perform a hard reset to recover.This never results in a blue screen, so I don’t get to see an error code. I also checked the Event Viewer but couldn’t pinpoint what went wrong.Here are my system detailsrocessor: 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i5-12600KF @ 3.70 GHzInstalled RAM: 32 GB 31.9

Computer Hard Freezes Randomly - No Error logs or Memory dumps


I posted on Sevenforums a few days ago regarding this issue:

I was suggested to check for temps (all were normal) and perform a clean install of Windows 10 (I had upgraded from Windows 7). I had another hard freeze today similar to the ones I was having before. The issue is back and I'm unsure of what to do next. Is this no longer a software issue if reinstalling the OS was unsuccessful?

Windows 11 random freezing/hanging, forcing hard reset

I recently upgraded most parts of my PC with brand new parts (motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM... basically everything except the PSU, two storage drives, and the peripherals), and also installed Windows 11 on it. Since then, I've had random system hang-ups that have impeded a lot of my work.

When it happens, basically my PC will stop responding to most mouse clicks. I'll be able to move the cursor, scroll and click on things, but clicking buttons (like trying to hit the "End Task" button in the task manager) won't do anything and I'm forced to hard reset. It has happened several times when I've been working in Photoshop CC (latest version), but it has happened once when I was simply trying to change the audio settings without Photoshop open.

The worst part is, sometimes the freezes will revert my Photoshop back to its default settings, and I'll lose all my swatches, actions, brushes, everything, and I'll have to redo everything to get them all back.

I've tried to troubleshoot this issue by Googling answers to everyone else having the same issue, and everything I've tried still causes the computer to freeze randomly. I thought the latest update today, which was supposed to fix issues with Windows 11 for people with AMD CPUs, would help, but it started randomly freezing once again. I upgraded my PC so I could create art in Photoshop without a problem, so this is incredibly frustrating.

Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
