Windows 10: Windows 11 freezes after wake up

Hello;After I switched to windows 11, it freezes after a long sleep maybe 4 5 hours. I do not get the same problem if the sleep duration is 1 -2 hours. After waking up from a long sleep, windows shows the log in screen and then it freezes or sometimes I am able to enter 2-3 digits of my pin, then it freezes. I then have to turn my pc off with the power button. Windows also does not generate memory dump file I have set the settings, not generated, I guess since it is not a blue screen crash, just a freeze. However, I did find the problem in the system logs. I always get these 2 errors when

Sleep / Wake Function, malfunctions after waking

• No luck with the "trouble-shooter."
• Issues are: on waking, date increases by 6 or so days and many apps/ windows freeze on opening. I tried it again today, and a blue screen came up with Command Prompt and other suggestions to fix. By the way, on restarting, the computer returns to
  normal.
• On the issue of "recent system changes", it is a new computer I purchased a couple of months ago. It is running Windows 10 (64 bit), with MS Office (32 bit). I have uninstalled & reinstalled MS Office, over the internet.
• Have not "encountered any error message"
• Have not taken any "troubleshooting steps", except trouble-shooter.

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

wake from sleep issue in windows 10

Thank you for posting your reply. Apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.
