Windows 10: Windows 11 freezes all the time on my laptop

My laptop freezes quite often. The only thing I can do to make it work again is to put it on the lock screen and then unlock it again. In the task manager you can see that whenever it freezes, the CPU load increases and then has a very short peak and then immediately goes down again. I have already reinstalled Windows. The freezing happens mostly with quite light tasks, e.g. when I want to search for and open a program through the Windows search, but if I just move the mouse pointer around on the desktop, for example, nothing happens. Constant freeze up on Vista Ultimate X64

Every time I started running my windows media player 11, the system freezes up. It used to run well. I don't know what is wrong with it. Does any of you have suggestions? Thanks!!!!!

 

Laptop freeze

Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times. Anyway thanks both of you for your suggestions.

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
