Windows 10: Windows 11 freezes loading automatic repair, and with repair bootable flash

Upon booting my computer tonight it froze on the motherboard splash/ windows loading spiral almost instantly. Tried restarting and it will boot to the same screen, turn itself off, and boot into automatic repair just to freeze again. I didn't use it for 2 or 3 days and it was running great before shutting it down that day. I had installed the latest windows update a day or two before and hadn't yet restarted after. Turned off fast boot in bios, unplugged all but my monitor+keyboard+mouse into back i/o, and no changes. I made a fresh windows 11 bootable to attempt repair and it boots to the sam

• Download Windows 10 on a bootable DVD or USB drive through this

• Insert the installation DVD or USB.
• In the Windows setup page, select the Language to install,
  Time and currency format, and the keyboard or input method, then click
  Next.
• Click on Repair your computer, then select Troubleshoot.
• Click on Advanced options >Automatic Repair.
• Select the operating system.

Try to repair xp, but freeze

I have a major problemo, I have a system file missing and Xp is directing me to repair. I put the cd in, and try to use either of the two repair functions that are available from the cd, and everytime the window freezes.
