Windows 10: Windows 11 Freezes, yet interactable

This issue has persisted for days now, where the taskbar will freeze which is somehow noticeable due to frozen time, right-clicking via mouse shows a frozen loading icon, and all open apps are frozen. However, I can interact with Windows as I can open the search bar and the start button, but I cannot open new apps and the task manager does not show any processes when open Literal blank, no run new task, but the left panel is visible. Trying to restart/shut down is also impossible as shutting down will take too long. The only way to fix is to long-press the start button.Debugging attempts:-

Wait, but have you done the whole step-by-step guide described in the OP? DDL/DTS isn't supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 either, unless if you do the steps listed there.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
