Windows 10: Windows 11 Freezing and requiring a restart

I recently got a new computer it's only about 3 months old and have been having issues with it freezing randomly. When i got the PC, it had windows 11 installed already and I done a complete reinstall of Windows to get rid of the manufacturer software. I have been having issues with it freezing at random times. Sometimes it works great and other times I have to restart once or twice then it works for a while again.I didn't notice much in the event viewer until recently. Device is up to date, however from either the Start menu or Command prompt Windows freezes at manufacturer splash screen on restart, requiring hard shutdown,
This returns even after clean install of Windows 10

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
