Windows 10: Windows 11 - Fresh install - says system doesn't meet requirements

I am trying to install Windows 11 from a USB drive as a clean install. CPU: Ryzen 7 5700xMB: Asus B550-FRAM: 32gbStorage: 1tb SSDGPU: Geforce RTX 3050Secure Boot & TPM EnabledIt keeps saying the system doesn't meet minimum requirements, however it installed with no problem on the system I'm currently on and it has the exact same hardware. The only difference is the GPU in this machine is a Gigabyte card, and the one in the one I'm trying to install on is Asus. I've tried swapping cards, since that's the only variable, but still have the same issue.

Windows 11 fresh install says the system does not meet requirements.

I have a windows 11 system. It has been upgraded I think from windows 8 to 10, to 11. I did not do any thing to circumvent anything to get 11 on it. I put in a new 4tb drive, and decided to do a fresh install and then add my apps back in as needed. To my surprise the installer displayed "the system does not meet the requirements for Windows 11". I thought there was a checker to look at the system from MS. I looked for it and could not find it. The pages I hit tell me I'm already running windows 11. Is there a checker somewhere so I can figure out what is going on?

Windows 10 Update says my PC meets all system requirements for Windows 11. Upon install it says This PC cannot run Windows 11.

I have PC with MSI Z370 Pro Gaming Motherboard. I updated to the latest Windows 11 supported bios. I ran the system checker for Windows 11 and it says I meet all the requirements for Windows 11. Windows 10 update says My PC meets all requirements for Windows 11. When I try to install Windows 11 from USB it says this PC cannot run Windows 11.
