Windows 10: Windows 11 fresh installation error code: 0x8007000D C:\sources\install.esd

I need help I'm trying to install windows 11 to my system unit however I'm experiencing technical issues. I'm getting error code: 0x8007000D C:\sources\install.esd make sure all files required for installation are available and restart the installation.please help me I'm using bootable USB when installing windows 11 pro. Thanks!

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?

Windows 10 Update Error 0x8007000d when installing KB5007186

Had a problem since this update was released. Tried to install many times.

2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems (KB5007186)
FAILED: 0x8007000d








Steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:

Windows 10 Update Troubleshooter: Did not find any issues;

sfc/scannow: Windows Resource Protection: Found issues with first time I ran it. I rebooted and ran it again, did not find any integrity violations.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth: The restore operation completed successfully.

Re-installation using standalone Windows Installer MSU file (downloaded from Windows Update Catalogue): Installation failed.

deleted all files from C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download: It did not help.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
