Windows 10: Windows 11 Frozen Apps

Whenever I start up my computer from hibernation or just if the computer feels like it needs to freeze, both my browser Opera GX and Discord freeze I also lose wifi probably, because I disconnect from any calls. Spotify freezes as well but the play button still works, so music still plays.I normally just fix this issue by opening file explorer and finding task manager to restart all the apps, as the taskbar search doesn't work either. Sometimes it fixes itself after around 30 seconds, but it's too frequent to just wait for.I've tried running Powershell commands, restarting, and downloadi

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
