Windows 10: Windows 11 Frozen but mouse still moves

Hi so I’ve been having issues installing my graphics driver. From the app, it would just tell me “installation failed” so I tried to download the driver from the official site and install it manually. However, now my pc is frozen. I can’t click on anything, I can’t open the windows menu, I can’t open task manger, the windows button doesn’t work, ctrl alt delete doesn’t work. I’m scared to force shut down my pc but I don’t see any other option. Please I appreciate any support

1. How can you access Troubleshooting if everything is stuck/frozen? Your tips suggest going to certain parts of Windows but that's the issue: it's frozen and nothing is accessible or responsive (ie, mouse pointer doesnt move, "Don't turn off computer" no
longer animates).

2. I've tried powering off/on but the machine re-enters a "Don't turn off computer" blue screen of death, and we're frozen again.

Please advise explicitly.

Computer is frozen But mouse still moves

My computer is frozen on the home screen. I can move the mouse around but I can't click anything. The loading sign will sometimes pop up but it doesn't do anything. The keyboard is unresponsive. Nothing will open.

Does this problem seem familiar to anyone? If so, how can I fix it?
