Windows 10: Windows 11 Full Screen Not Working Yes I have tried the usual solutions

Hello,I have a Dell laptop and a Scepter 26" wide external monitor. The monitor is connected via HDMI. Unfortunately the monitor displays about 3/4 of the screen and is not completely "full screen". I only have this one external monitor.I've already checked to make sure all the drivers have been updated for monitor.The monitor's settings on the monitor are:Aspect Ratio: FULLMode: Cinema In Windows 11:Scale: 150% recommendedDisplay Resolution: 1920 x 1080 recommendedI've tried all the other settings and rebooted PC but it is still only showing about 3/4 of the screen and not Full Screen.Any

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Solution for reviewing Service Start/Stop events in Windows 11

Thanks for the suggestions.

1. Unfortunately, there is no option for Service Control Manager under Applications and Services Logs >Microsoft -> Windows on Windows 11
   
2. WPR may assist with this
   
3. As mentioned in my post, there are no events in the event logs. This suggestion was not helpful.
   
4. This would be a viable solution if the client had Active Directory or an RMM tool to deploy this to all their endpoints. Unfortunately, they have neither of these solutions.
   
5. I will look into this.
