Windows 10: Windows 11. Game not Launching 0xc0000417

Hello, so I'm trying to launch the game :Mount and Blade Warband 2010.As I open the game, on Steam, nothing happens, except the steam notification that I'm playing the game, but then suddenly the steam notification closes, game that didn't even launch terminates, leaving no trace or error message. How do I solve this error that frequently crashes my game? (the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x0682b6fc)

Lately, when I am playing Black Desert Online (an MMO which I launch via Steam) I will be able to play the game normally for a few minutes before having an error message appear on my screen that says:

"the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x0682b6fc"

Terminating the program is the only option I am given. The game takes a long time to start up so having to constantly restart the game is quite irritating. I have tried reinstalling the game and verifying the game cache on Steam but no luck. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated!
