    I've been having this issue for a while now, but I thought factory-resetting my laptop would help. However, I just rest it yesterday and it started acting up again today. I use this laptop for gaming and schoolwork, but for some reason it randomly starts utilizing only a small portion of the capabilities whenever playing games no matter the graphical quality, as it happens with things like both Monster Hunter and Minecraft It sometimes happens while just browsing the internet but that's nowhere near as common as while gaming. I've tried changing a vast array of settings in both Windows, Nvidia
