Windows 10: Windows 11 general instability and low performance after downloading or installing ANYTHING

Hi, ever since upgrading to windows 11 I've been having instabilities such as freezing in games that I never had issues with before. And after installing something, for example a game in steam, the pc starts constantly freezing up and I can barely even open up the windows menu to restart the pc, which usually fixes the issue until I install something else. I'm running on average with 30% CPU, 50% memory and around 30% GPU resource usage, and this is still the case during the intense freezing and lag after installing something. These numbers are high because I'm running stuff like NVIDIA Broad

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Poor performance but very low hardware usage

I've been searching for speed step configuration in BIOS but I didn't find it. I'll send pictures for every CPU-related configuration since I'm a bit scared of touching that sensitive config for my own :S

Windows 11 fails to install.

Hi instead of trying to install Windows 11 through the upgrade assistance, try installing Windows 11 from the desktop with the iso, pleaser go to

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) and scroll down, the page and look for "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)" now select "select download" and click on Select "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO)" now click on "download" now click on "Select the product language" now click on "confirm" now click on "64bit download" when the download pops up click on "save" (save it to some where like a new folder on your desktop) once the download completes, please follow these steps to run the windows 11 setup:

Installation instructions (ISO):

1. If you want to install Windows 11 directly from the ISO file without using a DVD or USB flash drive, you can do so by mounting the ISO file. This will perform an upgrade of your current operating system to Windows 11.
   
2. To mount the ISO file:
   
   • Go to the location where you downloaded the ISO file to. Then right-click the ISO file and select Properties.
     
   • On the "General" tab, click "Change…" where it says, “Opens with:”, and select Windows Explorer for the program you would like to use to open ISO files and select Apply.
     
   • Right-click the ISO file and select Mount.
     
   • This will create a “virtual” bootable disc. Double-click on it to view the files within. Double-click setup.exe to start the Windows 11 setup process.
