Windows 10: Windows 11 gives wrong disk usage

Discus and support Windows 11 gives wrong disk usage in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My C: drive has a folder called "Users".     Windows 11 gives wrong disk usage


    My C: drive has a folder called "Users". It occupies a storage of 17.6GB but if I go through each subfolder in that folder, they roughly add up to 2GB. I have tried the hidden files but nothing showed up there. I know that the folder not showing is "Dell" and consists of my downloads.
