Windows 10: Windows 11 hacked

A random had sent me message having to show all my passwords that I have created and even sent me a pdf saying to pay him $1,000 US dollars in bitcoin he says I have 48 hours to pay. Deleting data won’t help because he already has everything that I have. Please I hope somebody can be able to help me in this situation.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I think you had a corrupted shortcut. This is fairly common.

You already ran the best infection scan and did a Reset. Was it a cloud Reset so you got fresh installation files? If not run System File Checker in WIndows 11:

If it comes up clean you're fine. If not run it three separate times to see if it will fix the broken System files and if not run a Repair Install which re-installs Windows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour and resolves most problems: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/repair-install-wi...

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.
