Windows 10: Windows 11 hangs after log in whenever GPU is connected.

I recently bought new hardware: Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Asus TUF X670E motherboard and ram, and im using my "old" GPU from my other desktop, an Sapphire RX 590. After installing the OS I noticed that some times the PC would sometimes seem to boot up normally, bet after entering the log in password and going to the desktop most of the OS would not be responsive, that is:ctrl+alt+del would be unresponsive, task manager and other apps chrome, msedge, etc wouldnt start and alt+f4 shutdown/restart would also not do anything.The file explorer would some time be able to navigate through the file system, b

Upgrade to Windows 10 hangs at 32%

My Windows 10 uprgrade hangs at 32%, I have tried all the steps listed on this thread and it still wont work. I can share Log details

 

system hang when open GPU-Z with discrete graphics

On SugarBay/MahoBay platfrom,system will hang when open GPU-Z utility.
Below steps can duplicate this issue:

1.Boot to windows 7 with IGD, install newest intel chipset(9.3.0.1019 ) and IGD
driver(8.15.10.2598 ).
2.Boot to windows 7 again,can open GPU-Z normally.
3.Shutdown the system,connect discrete graphics replace IGD,install discrete graphics drvier and reboot.
4.Boot to windwos 7,can not open GPUZ utility and sometimes system will hang when open GPU-Z utility.
5.I have tried to remove the "Intel OpenCL(TM)1.1 support..." from the Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Feautures,it can open GPU-Z normally.

Can you fix this issue in GPU-Z?
