Windows 10: Windows 11 Headset cant find input

Hello! I have a windows 11, acer nitro 5 model AN515-44-R99Q, I recently bought a headset on amazon, plugged it into my acer nitro 5, the output shows up in the settings, and works fine, however i cannot find the input for the microphone. I have tried trouble shooting, i went to the dedicated website for acer and deleted the acer audio driver, but the input for the headset still does not show up, what do I do? I also did a windows update.Thanks!

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

My headset output works but input stops working

So I'm using a Roccat Khan Aimo headset. Worked perfectly on windows10. Since using windows 11 it hasn't worked properly.

I've scrolled through all suggestions and changes and nothing has worked. When I disable the effects on my output of the headset the input stops working. Vice versa at times. I'm struggling to find a solution.

My headset uses a USB connection. My headset shows up on all of my settings, but just doesn't want to work.

I'm considering some of the suggestions, but I'm still curious about the ABS AZ1 headset.

Is it good for the price, or does it pale in comparison to the others?
