Windows 10: Windows 11 Hello - Logitech 4K Brio Stream Edition

Hi,For the past year, I was able to use Windows Hello Windows 11 with my Logitech 4K Brio Stream Edition with no issues at all. Suddenly, it stopped working at all. I got messages saying "Windows could not start your camera". So I deleted the Face Configuration from Windows Settings Sign-in options-Facial Recognition Windows Hello, and now I can't set it up again anymore! So I click on SETUPClick on GET STARTEDEnter my PINAnd then get to that screen! Screen is completely black, I can't see my camera feed or do anything except click on CANCEL! The camera works perfectly fine, I've tested

So I have been trying to solve an issue where my Logitech brio 4k (stream edition) doesn't seem to work on windows hello, now I've checked and the webcam is indeed compatible, so why when I go to setup windows hello with my webcam it either says right away that my webcam couldn't be turned on, or it loads for a while then it says that my webcam couldn't be turned on, and in both instances my webcam just flashes red, and my webcam also doesn't pop up in the camera's section in device manager, I don't even have the section in device manager, if this is needed with my issue I am currently running "Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2"

Since about two weeks ago Windows Hello was giving an error on log-in and only PIN would work. I thought it could be somehow related to having installed Nvidia Broadcast. Today I uninstalled Nvidia Broadcast and still wouldn't work. I also un- and reinstalled the Windows Hello driver (device manager) and the Windows Hello optional feature. It still doesn't work. I've updated Windows 11 to have the latest patches.

I also ran

“Sfc /scannow”
"dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth"

using an admin cmd, it apparently found some damaged files but fixed everything.

My Logitech Brio 4K has the latest firmware and I am using Logitech G Hub. The cam works perfectly fine everywhere else.
