Windows 10: Windows 11 high CPU usage

Hello so I have been having a major problem with Windows 11 since it's released a couple of month ago and to my surprise it frequently gave me a blue-green error every time I open something or playing a game And to top it all of the 99% to 100% CPU usage since I departed from Windows 10 and even In Windows 10 I barely experienced any of these bluescreens And now I have to basically wipe my own personal data off to make a fresh downgrade to Windows 10 Please Fix the High CPU consuming issue on Windows 11 or release a 32bit version

2) Establish a Clean Boot to see if that resolves it:

3) Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:

4) If that doesn't fix it then you can do a Windows 11 Repair Upgrade which reinstalls Windows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour and resolves most problems: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/repair-install-wi...

Windows 11 Pro - appmodel process very high CPU usage

So did you try limiting the number of CPU cores as I suggested previously?

And what about the suggestions in this article?
