Windows 10: Windows 11 Home activation error 0xc004f211

Just built a new PC and purchased a license from the Windows Store and activated it last night.This morning the PC now says it detected a hardware change and that Windows is not activated.I have not changed any hardware since last night. The only minor thing I did was change the XMP profile on the RAM.I've run that troubleshooter but it either errors out or says there's not a device linked to my account.I am using a local account in the PC, but I am signed in to my Windows account.I can see the PC listed in my devices on my Microsoft account page, but it is listed twice.Really frustrating that

Windows activation error 0xC004F211

I wanted to upgrade my pc so it will be able to run windows 11 so I installed a new motherboard & cpu but kept the hard drive. I am currently running windows 10 having upgraded for free from an earlier version. Now I cannot activate my windows 10 though I have been using it for years. I tried the troubleshooter using the link for new hardware and get the message below with an error code of 0xC004F211.

How do I activate my existing Windows 10?

Windows activation error code 0xC004F211 on new computer

I just purchased a new computer that is supposed to come with windows 10, but when I try to activate it, I get error 0xC004F211, that there has been a hardware change to the computer. The computer is brand new, just out of the box. Any idea why it is showing this error?
