Windows 10: Windows 11 home and Windows 11 Pro see each other's files differently in my home network

Hello,I have two computers, one a laptop, running 11 Home, the other, a desktop running 11 Pro, both see each other in my network, but one computer, Desktop with 11 Pro only see my laptop"s 11 home so when I click on my laptop's icon in the desktop, I get Documents and Users. Only the Users can be opened, and then default, then folders, which show all the regular My documents, downloads etc. but no files within them. At the moment, I only have one file in documents as the laptop is still new to me and thus have not had it long.When I try to see files from my desktop on the laptop, all I see

Windows 11 Network Sharing Not working

Hello:

I have 2 Dell laptops

1. Name MADHIRAS runs Windows 10 Pro
   
2. Name CHANDRA runs Windows 11 Pro
   

I am able to access laptop MADHIRAS (Windows 10) from CHANDRA (Windows 11).

However when I try to access CHANDRA (Windows 11) from Madhiras (Window 10) I get the following error message

“Network Error

Windows cannot access \\CHANDRA

You do not have permission to access \\CHANDRA. Contact your network administrator to request access.”

I login to my laptop CHANDRA (Windows 11) using Microsoft account name and password.

Tried various suggestions from internet but of no use. I feel am missing something very basic.

Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.

 

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.
