Windows 10: Windows 11 home com port problem

hi im facing issue with windows 11 home as my com port are not visibe while connecting my icom ic9700 radio through usb port so i added manually through legacy option but still the com port which i added is still have yellow warning sign not working and but whenever i connect my icom ic 9700 device to my laptoplenovo s145 there is one connection under other devices in device manager with **** name pops up i am really frustrated with this issue can anyone help with that as i have project to finish ?

Unable to find USB Serial Port (Ports COM & LPT) in Device Manager Windows 11

After updating to Windows 11 I can no longer get the serial port in Ports COM & LPT from the Device Manager.

When I select Device Manager nothing shows up, I cannot see Ports COM & LPT.

These are the steps I have tried:

IN DEVICE MANAGER

• View: Show hidden devices in Device Manager (nothing happens)
  
• Scan for hardware changes
  
• Action: Add legacy hardware. Used both search recommended and add manually.
  
• When trying to add Communication Port: "Windows cannot determine the settings from this device". Does not work and have a yellow warning sign. When adding legacy hardware next time it is uninstalled since it says it does not work.
  
• When trying to add Serial Port: "The installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance".
  

WINDOWS UPDATE

Making sure all updates are done (both software and hardware)

My system

• Windows 11
  
• HP Pavilion Laptop

Port Forwarding Problems.

Yeah Mussels, I do have the right port configured. 27015 was the suggested port. My IP address is also static.
