Windows 10: Windows 11 Home e comando PING

HiI bought a new personal computer with Windows 11 Home, I immediately noticed that I couldn't ping on Ethernet, or rather the command works, but I have no response.I thought I had problems with the network card, before contacting the machine's support I tried with a USB / Ethernet card that unfortunately had the same driver.Nothing, this one also does not receive a response from the PING command.I found some reset commands online, but these too without result.I would like to switch to the PRO version of Windows 11, but I don't know if the problem is solved.It is not a hardware problem, only s

You seemed to want to go back to Windows 10 so I explained how to do that if you want and still keep Windows 11. That's something for you to consider, and if you want to do it I can help you further.

But for now let's focus on the ping spikes now that I have given you every available fix for that in Windows 11.

Eu gostaria de criar um arquivo para automação, e não consegui encontrar uma maneira de ligar ou desligar o Bluetooth via linha de comando pelo cmd. Quais são os comandos para ligar ou desligar o Bluetooth, e o Wi-Fi? Quais são os comandos para conectar a um dispositivo?

Eu sei que no fundo é isso que ocorre por trás das interfaces gráficas, mas seria interessante ter o acesso para ter aproveitar melhor todos os benefícios de ser um usuário Windows. Como eu poderia adquirir mais conhecimento sobre o que está por trás do Windows? Há uma recomendação de um livro ou uma comunidade específica?
