Windows 10: Windows 11 Home freezes randomly

I have had this issue for over a year now. My LENOVO_MT_F0FA_BU_Lenovo_FM_IdeaCentre AIO 5 27IMB05 randomly freezes up and I have to unplug it to get it to power down and restart. It can happen within a few minutes of turning it on and can go several days before it freezes. I have attached a link to a copy of the administrative event log for it. Can someone please point me in the right direction?!!Windows11.evtx

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

• Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
• Look for the computer model that you're using.
• You should find any available BIOS update.
