Windows 10: Windows 11 Home I removed the school account, but I still have the "Your organization has...

I have removed the school account that originally required me to change my pin from the "access work or school" page, I have removed all the school accounts from 'email and accounts' and 'family and other users'. From what I can see there is no allowance that I can remove that I have not already removed, yet it still has pin requirements see pic below and likely other tethers on my computer that I have not seen yet.

Remove Deactivated Work Or School Email Account

I have an organizational email account that has been deactivated, current guides online say the following:

"If you need to remove an account from your PC:

1. Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Access work or school .
   
2. Select the account you wish to remove, then select Disconnect
   
   ...."
   

However, the only option presented at this section is "Manage" which forwards me to my organization's page to login. The account has since been deactivated with no way to get to the next step.
I have been getting notifications from my system that "There is a problem with a work or school account click her to fix now" but obviously can't login to remove the account from the system.
Is there a work around to remove the account without logging in?

To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

Having trouble with "Some of these settings are managed by your organization"

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.
