Windows 10: Windows 11 Home in S Mode - Windows Security doesn't give me the option to run scans. Is...

I recently bought a HP Stream Laptop, which has Windows 11 Home in S Mode installed on it. The Windows Security app in the Virus & threat protection tab doesn't show any option to manually run scans, like my other devices do which are on Windows 10.When I google it I see nothing mentioned about it. Am I missing something? Is the Windows Security supposed to be like this on Windows 11 Home in S Mode?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Yes that's exactly what I have. If you notice there is an uninstall option next to organize if you scroll to other updates ie. office, but it will disappear once you scroll to the latest updates.
