    Windows 11 Home product key disappear after brought it in Windows Store


    The key just disappeared from my account. I had not chance to use it. The order has a “complete” status and recipe but there is no product key in any place. I thought that sync my account with a Windows 11 Home installation could activate it. However, it still a non activated Windows copy and I’m worried about waste money.The support team have only “call support option” and it is not available in my country. Therefore, no help from they.Could someone help me, please?Thanks in advance.

    Windows 8 key troubles

    When I first brought my Windows 8 product key from the MS store I was able to use that key for a clean install of the OS and now it won't, apparently it's just an upgrade key so it says?

    A friend of mine has an all-in-one that came with Windows 8 pre-installed. He erased the original OS thinking he could install another version of Windows 8. One thing he encountered, that he didn't expect, the BIOS/UEFI has a password. So, basically he is locked out from installing another OS. His BIOS has the product key nestled inside. Is it possible to find out which version the product key belong to?
