Windows 10: Windows 11 Home - Refund

Hello, I was interested in upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I purchased a key from the Microsoft website and was later told by Microsoft's customer support that my hardware wasn't compatible due to some "UEFI firmware with Secure Boot". After 2 attempts of contacting the support team, the issue wasn't resolved.I have replaced most of my hardware and acquired a windows 11 pro with my new hardware using a different key than I originally purchased thru the Windows 11 Home from Microsoft. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
