Windows 10: windows 11 home s mode

I have recently installed Windows 11 to my Hp laptop now i have an Activation error this is what i see.we can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license of product Key. If you think you do have a valid license of key, select Troubleshoot below Error code: 0xC004003. I have done what is suggested and selected Troubleshoot but get we weren't able to activate windows on this device. go to store to purchase a genuine copy of windows. Store says This upgrade isn't available for your version of windows. I have even tried to open CMD as Administrator, but compute

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
