Windows 10: Windows 11 Home Screen freezes Sometimes

I encountered a problem using it. When I recently opened windows and unlocked the pin code, sometimes I would get a frozen screen.What I tried to do to solve this problem:I used Function windows "Reset this PC" -> Install Local file -> Delete everything.But I still encountered a problem.I took a video of the problem I encountered. *Please turn off the sound as my country's language may be spoken in this video.https://youtu.be/Emz7yETvBh8

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
