Windows 10: windows 11 home sign in setup

if a PC is upgraded from windows 10 home to windows 11 home, will there be need to setup Microsoft account for sign in or it will continue to use the existing local account ?

why won't explorer 11 let me sign into ebay?

• What exactly happens when you try to sign in?
• Is the issue specific to a particular website?
• Did you try the same from a different browser?
• Did you install any third party security application?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
