WIndows 11 - Standard hardware security not supported

I am running Windows 11 Home and for some reason Device Security is saying Standard hardware security not supported.

    I have the following settings:

    Secure Boot State - On

    BIOS Mode - UEFI

tpm.msc - The TPM is ready for use.

DEP - On for all applications.

What am I doing wrong? Also I can't dismiss the Windows Security - Actions recommended for Device security.
