Windows 10: Windows 11 home to pro payment issue

HiIm trying to update windows 11 home to windows 11 pro through microsoft store, after accepting my payment in banking app the microsoft store is bugged on whitesceen and i cannot proceed with payment. Anyone ?

not able to add payment option

i have a VISA ELECTRON card instead of just "visa". also it may not be an international debit card as it doesnt have the word "international" printed anywhere. could this be an issue?
