Windows 10: windows 11 home to pro upgrade for microsoft 365 business keys not working

We just bought a bunch of these keys and I can't get it to work on any of our windows 11 home computers, we do have a 365 business premium sub.

No, Microsoft 365 Business Premium does not include a Windows licence of any kind, the specifications/features are listed on the link below.

To upgrade to Pro, open the Settings App, then go to System - Activation, and you sill see the upgrade purchase option there.

I am purchasing a couple computers that come with Windows 11 Home edition. I have extra 365 Business Premium Licenses. Will these licenses let me upgrade the computers to Windows 11 Pro? If not, how do I upgrade to Pro, and how much will it cost?

That is because 5 pc's is the maximum of installation locations for one Business 365 license.
